Southampton is our home city and where the majority of our work takes place. From Victorian terraces around Portswood and Bevois Valley through to interwar semis in Bassett and modern estates on the fringes, we work on the full range of Hampshire housing stock every week.

Eastleigh sits just north of Southampton and forms a large part of our regular working area. We cover Eastleigh town centre, Chandlers Ford, Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and the surrounding villages.
SO51
Romsey and the surrounding villages contain a lot of period property, and we do a great deal of slate roofing and traditional leadwork in the area — as well as more everyday tiled roof repairs and re-roofs.
SO40
Totton, Marchwood and the wider western fringe of Southampton are all within our regular working area. We handle everything from small repairs to full re-roofs.
SO30 · SO31
Hedge End's mix of modern estate housing and older village property gives us a steady flow of everything from interlocking tile re-roofs to natural slate work.
SO18 · SO19
Bitterne, Sholing and Woolston form a big part of our east-Southampton work. Interwar and post-war housing dominates, with typical concrete tile and slate roofs.
SO15 · SO16
Shirley and the surrounding west-Southampton streets are full of the Victorian and Edwardian terraces that gave the city its character — and slate roofs that need proper traditional roofing skills.
SO17
Portswood and Highfield contain some of the finest Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Southampton — and a lot of natural slate roofs that need specialist attention.
SO45
Hythe, Dibden Purlieu, Holbury and Fawley are all within our regular working area. Exposure to weather from the Solent means storm damage and flashing repairs feature heavily in this area.
SO18 · SO30
West End sits between Southampton and Hedge End and is one of our regular local working areas. A mix of established housing and newer development keeps us busy year-round.
SO31
Netley, Hamble and Bursledon give us a lot of waterside work. Salt-laden air is hard on flashings and metal fixings — proper specification matters here.
SO31
Locks Heath, Warsash and Park Gate are all within our regular working radius. Predominantly newer estate housing with interlocking concrete tile roofs.
PO14 · PO15 · PO16
Fareham sits at the eastern edge of our regular working area. From the older streets around Fareham town centre to the newer estates at Whiteley, we cover the full range.
